  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (Therapy Clients)

    To maintain fairness and consistency, the following policy applies to all scheduled therapy sessions.

    Cancellations Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be charged the full session fee of $200.

    How to Cancel You may cancel or reschedule directly through the client portal or by emailing hello@delhiaallen.com.

    Exceptions Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or sudden illness, at my discretion.

  • Payment & Insurance

    Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance BUT you can use your HSA/FSA cards. I only accept private pay and under special occasions, I can provide a SuperBill (to be reimbursed by your insurance company).  I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in your search or inquiry.

  • Session Length

    Sessions range from 50-55 minutes for individual sessions. We can discuss this in more detail during our consultation.
