As a licensed therapist in California, I provide virtual therapy for adults who want to:

  • Learn coping skills that actually stick — without bypassing your emotions

I use a blend of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Somatic therapy, Mindfulness-based strategies, and Internal Family Systems parts work, always tailoring sessions to your pace and needs.

Together, we’ll work to ease the body’s stress response and build emotional resilience.

fees and insurance

I am a private-pay provider. This allows us to focus entirely on your care, without the limitations of insurance networks.


If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.


Fees and session options will be discussed during our consultation, allowing us to choose the best fit for your needs.

It’s important to me that money does not become a source of confusion or stress in our work together.

You’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate before beginning therapy so you can make informed, grounded decisions about your care. You are not obligated to commit to any specific number of sessions—healing unfolds at your own pace.

My fees reflect the training, presence, and care I bring to this work, and I’m always open to a conversation about your needs or financial concerns.
